Certain cotton velveteen fabrics, imported from Japan, form the subject of the protests listed in schedule “A,” attached to this decision and made a part hereof, which were consolidated for the purposes of trial. Certain other cases, listed in schedule “B,” also attached to this decision and made a part hereof, originally consolidated with the foregoing, were abandoned by plaintiffs either during the course of trial, or in their brief.
