MAUZY, Justice.
This case involves an action for damages arising from the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (the “DTPA”). The trial court rendered judgment in accordance with the jury’s verdict finding for the Browns, and awarded damages against LaMarque Ford and Galleria Ford for the improper repair of a Ford pickup truck.
