The plaintiff in error was convicted in the county court of Okmulgee county of unlawfully issu ing, as a member of the school district board of school district No. 2 in that county, a warrant against said district to his son-in-law, J. W. Rayburn, for $24, in payment for labor performed by said Rayburn for said school district under an employment theretofore given him by said school district board.
