Appellant was convicted of maintaining a common nuisance in violation of the laws of the State of Indiana, Acts 1925 p. 144, §24. The errors assigned challenge the rulings of the court on the motion to quash the search warrant

and to suppress certain evidence and in overruling appellant’s motion for a new trial.
