Appellants Westlake Legal Group (“Westlake”) and Thomas K. Plofchan, Jr., brought this defamation action in state court against Christopher Schumacher and Yelp, Inc. (“Yelp”), alleging that Schu-macher posted defamatory comments on Yelp’s website, which offers customer reviews of Westlake and other businesses.
