Plaintiff Daniel Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”) commenced this pro se action for monetary damages alleging, among 'other things, that corrections officers at the New York State Green Haven Correctional Facility (“Green Haven”) used excessive force when they physically assaulted him on August 11, 1999.
