In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Cusick, J.), dated December 9, 1999, which granted the defendants’ motion for leave to amend their answer to assert the affirmative defense of the Statute of Limitations, and partial summary judgment dismissing so much of the complaint as sought to recover damages based upon alleged acts of medical malpractice occurring on or before May 25, 1994.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
