| ,The record demonstrates that the present case stems from a land-condemnation action initiated by the City of Conway and Conway Corporation (“Conway”), in Faulkner County Circuit Court, against the petitioners, husband and wife, Karen Cooper and Jack Dowell (“Cooper and Dowell”).
