OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

This is a pretrial appeal by the State pursuant to Minn.R.Crim.P. 28.04, subd. 1(1) from an order suppressing incriminating statements made by an accused. We affirm.

FACTS

Around 3:00 p.m. on August 4, 1985, Officers Michael Jensen and Willard Gleason of the Lino Lakes Police Department received a radio report from the Spring Lake Park Police Department regarding an alleged assault.
