This suit was filed by ap-pellee against appellant for a divorce and to recover an undivided one-half interest in 240 acres of land in Bailey county, Tex. The case _was tried before the court without a jury, and judgment rendered for appellee granting her the relief sought. The trial court filed findings of fact and conclusions of law. .
