Before the Court is defendant Wells Fargo Bank, NAPs motion for summary judgment (R. Doc. 103) and motion to stay temporarily all class certification proceedings and class discovery (R. Doc. 89). 1 For the following reasons, Wells Fargo’s motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, and Wells Fargo’s motion to stay temporarily all class certification proceedings and class discovery is DENIED.
