CARDINE, Justice.

In these cases we are called upon to answer a number of questions arising out of lawsuits filed against appellants, Kenneth E. Gillis (Gillis) and Gillis Automotive Products, Inc. (GAP), a corporation owned by Gillis. Appellees, K. Jayamara and Shi-rin Bhat Holla (Hollas) sought judgment against Gillis and GAP for recovery of their investment in GAP. Appellee, F & A Enterprises (F & A), sought judgment against Gillis and GAP for money due and owing.
