MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
Premium Financing Specialists, Inc. (hereinafter “PFS”) has brought a motion for modification of an order issued on July 5, 1995, wherein PFS was granted relief from the automatic stay to cancel certain insurance policies issued in debtor’s name for which PFS had advanced funds to pay the premiums. PFS asserts that it has a valid and enforceable first-priority security interest in the unearned insurance premiums and seeks permission to apply the refunded premiums to debtor’s obligations to PFS.
