In this nonpayment proceeding, tenant moves, pursuant to section 60 of the Code of the Rent Stabilization Association of New York City, as amended, requesting that the terms and conditions of a three-year renewal lease, to be entered into on June 1, 1979, be rewritten in clear language and appropriately divided and captioned as required by section 5-702 of the General Obligations Law (Plain English Law).
