Plaintiffs, (appellants here) sued the defendants (who are the respondents) to enjoin certain trespasses upon the Never Sweat Lode Claim, and to enjoin them from asserting title to any portion of said claim, the ownership and possession of which plaintiffs allege to be in themselves. Defendants denied the ownership and possession of plaintiffs, and the validity of the Never Sweat location, set up their own title to the Yukon Lode Claim, and prayed that the same be quieted in themselves.
