This cause presents error from the district court of Hughes county. Cheparney Coker and Eliza Coker, plaintiffs in error, sued R. H. Howard, defendant in error. Judgment was for the defendant, and the plaintiffs appeal. The parties are referred to as plaintiffs and defendant. The plaintiffs sued in ejectment for a certain tract of land. The land was allotted to one Lewis Coker, a citizen by blood o: the Creek Tribe of Indians. The plaintiffs claim said land by inheritance.
