The matter before the court is the debt- or Sandra Kaye McMullen’s motion to determine whether 11 U.S.C. §§ 521(a)(6), 521(a)(2)(C), 521(d) and 362(h) are applicable to the claim of Pentagon Federal Credit Union (“Pentagon”), secured by a 2005 Mazda, in her chapter 7 case.
