THIS IS a Chapter 11 case which brings into play a seemingly apparent conflict between § 502 and § 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3018. This problem surfaced in a context of an Objection to a Claim filed by Gardinier, Inc., the Debtor, who attempts to effectuate a reorganization.
