Ferguson, Judge:

The accused was convicted by special court-martial, convened at Perrin Air Force Base, Texas, of one specification each of breach of correctional custody (Charge I) and absence without leave (Charge II), in violation of Articles 134 and 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 934 and 886, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge. The convening and supervisory authorities approved the findings and sentence without change.
