RULING ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN

THAD J. COLLINS, Chief Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the Trustee’s objections to Debtor Tara M. *523Murchek’s Chapter 13 Plan. The Court held a confirmation hearing. Derek Hong -represented Debtor. Chapter 13 Trustee Carol Dunbar argued on her own behalf. Trustee objects to language in the Plan limiting payment of projected disposable income into the Plan. After hearing the parties’ arguments, the Court took the matter under advisement.
