This matter comes before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge on the Application of Hallmark Capital Corporation for an Order, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782, permitting discovery for use in a foreign proceeding (Doc. No. 1). The matter has been referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636 and District of Minnesota Local Rule 72.1(a). For the reasons stated below, the Court grants the application.
