This is an accounting by the executrix of a deceased executor. Linda C. Hogeboom died October 2, 1918. She named her husband, Dr. Hogeboom, as the executor of her will. Dr. Hogeboom married again in October, 1919. He died July 30, 1924, leaving a will in which he named his second wife, Maude F., his executrix. In October, 1924, under section 257 of the Surrogate’s Court Act, she filed a petition and presented ail account for the acts of Dr. Hogeboom as executor of the will of Linda C.
