MICKELSON, Chief Judge..This is an action for declaratory judgment brought under the provisions of Title 28, Section 2201, U.S.C.A. Plaintiff is an Iowa corporation. The defendants are citizens of the states of Minnesota, South Dakota, New York and Connecticut, respectively, and the amount in controversy exclusive of interest and costs exceeds the sum of $3000.
The State Automobile Insurance Association, hereinafter referred to as State Auto, issued an automobile liability insurance policy to defendant William P. Kooiman effective March 26, 1953, for a six .month period, which policy was…
