This case is a civil lawsuit for damages arising from appellant’s sexual seduction of a minor. After a six-day trial, the jury returned a substantial verdict against appellant totaling nearly $250,000.00. On appeal, appellant argues that the district court erred in admitting evidence of a withdrawn guilty plea memorandum and evidence of prior sexual misconduct with a different minor.
