1141 Realty Owner LLC ("Debtor") owns the Flatiron Hotel, a 62-room hotel located at 9 West 26th Street a/k/a 1141 Broadway, New York, New York ("Property"). The Property is encumbered by a mortgage currently held by Wilmington Trust, N.A. ("Wilmington") solely in its capacity as Trustee for the benefit of the Registered Holders of Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2015-C28, Commercial Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2015-C28. Wilmington filed a proof of claim ("Claim ") (ECF Doc. # 129) in the approximate sum of $ 32 million.…
