{¶ 1} Appellant, Motorists Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter "Motorists"), appeals from the September 15 and November 17, 2016 judgments of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas. Both judgments stem from a 2014 lawsuit filed by appellee, Brian Goodell, against Shawn Pasquale and Motorists, arising out of injuries Goodell suffered when he was allegedly struck by a truck he was servicing for his employer, Wylie & Sons, after the truck was put into gear by Pasquale.
