OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT CSKG, INC.’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

I. INTRODUCTION

This suit arises from the alleged breach of a contract of indemnification between defendant CSKG, Inc., (CSKG) and plaintiff Perry Drug Stores, Inc. (Perry). In an earlier opinion, I dismissed former defendant CSKG Auto, Inc., a parent corporation of CSKG, for lack of personal jurisdiction. See Opinion and Order of May 6, 1999.
