On September 26, 2017, Plaintiff Kristopher Gordon filed this shareholder derivative action, on behalf of nominal Defendant Banc of California ("Banc"), for breach of fiduciary duty against Defendants Robert D. Sznewajs, Halle J. Benett, Jonah Schnel, and Jeffrey Karish. (Dkt. 1 [Complaint].)
