Affirming.
On January 20, 1920, W. R. Lakes conveyed to his son Curt Lakes and the latter’s wife, Martha Lakes-, both of whom are the appellees and were the defendants below, a tract of land in Jackson county, containing about 75 acres, and upon which the grantor then resided.
