— In two child protective proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, Joseph B. appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of an order of disposition of the Family Court, Queens County (De Phillips, J.) dated July 30, 1990, which, upon two fact-finding orders of the same court, both dated May 4, 1990, made after a hearing, finding that the appellant had neglected the children, inter alia, placed the children for a period of 12 months with the New York City Commissioner of Social Services and entered a final order of protection against him.
