Petitioners refused to bargain with an NLRB-certified labor representative. In defense to the ensuing Board charge that their refusal violated 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) & (5), they contended that the Board’s certification of the representative — made over their ob jections to the underlying representation election — was unlawful for a variety of reasons.
