OPINION

HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the appellee on its breach of contract claim and the award of damages after a subsequent trial to the court. The appellee, Northern Arizona Gas Service (NAGS), claimed that appellant, Petrolane, had charged more for liquified petroleum gas (LPG) than was permitted by a fuel supply agreement existing between the parties.
