McCALEB, Justice.

Plaintiff, a triick driver in the employ of Intracoastal Truck Line, Inc., seeks to recover Workmen’s Compensation benefits from his employer and its insurer for injuries received when his automobile was struck from the rear, as he attempted a left turn into his employer’s premises from Peters Road, Jefferson Parish, by a car driven by Renis Walters who was overtaking and about to pass plaintiff at the time he turned.
