OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of attempted capital murder in the course of committing aggravated rape under TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.03(a)(2) (Vernon 1974), and was sentenced to fifty years confinement. We affirm.

The complainant, Williamette Taylor, testified that on May 23, 1982, Appellant,and another man approached her in a car driven by Appellant. He offered her a ride and she accepted. Appellant drove her to a party, and after a short while she and Appellant left. Appellant then took her to his brother’s apartment and to other friends’ apartments. She asked to be taken…
