The petitioner, Mamie Lou Wilson, a juvenile, filed a petition with exhibits attached thereto for a writ of habeas corpus ad subjiciendum in this Court on December 11, 1972 alleging that she was being unlawfully incarcerated by the respondent, Betty Lou Bambrick, Superintendent of the West Virginia Home for Girls at Salem, West Virginia. Petitioner contends a number of her constitutional rights were violated during the proceedings which led to her incarceration. A writ was issued by this Court on December 18, 1972 returnable January 10, 1973 and the case was continued until…
