|! Michelle Wells, in proper person, appeals a judgment sustaining an exception of prescription and dismissing her medical malpractice claim against Dr. William Webb. We affirm.

Procedural Background

In January 2008, Ms. Wells fell and twisted her ankle while chasing one of her children. After a trip to the Schumpert emergency room, she saw Dr. Webb, an orthopedist at the Highland Clinic, on January 28, 2008.
