In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to annul a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Hempstead, dated February 25, 1997, which declared certain structures upon the petitioner’s premises to be in an unsafe and dangerous condition and authorized the Commissioner of the Department of Buildings of the Town of Hempstead to demolish those structures, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Driscoll, J.), entered November 12, 1997, which dismissed the petition.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
