This is an interlocutory appeal from an order issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, denying William Hoffman and Agribank FCB1 (collectively appellants) summary judgment on the ground of official immunity from a two-count complaint filed by Wallace Slotten, appellee, claiming tortious interference with contract and defamation.
