ROGERS, District Judge.

This is a petition by the South Texas

National Bank to review the action of the referee in making allow*732anees of fees to himself and to the trustee in bankruptcy. The administration of the estate has reached the point where practically all the funds of the bankrupt’s estate, except an amount set apart to cover the litigation now pending on appeal in the supreme court of Arkansas, have been disbursed. The assets of the Mammoth Pine Lumber Company consisted of a large body of timber land, sawmills and machinery, and lumber, an interest in a railroad, etc.; in short, it was…
