Roy Lee Leed (Leed) appeals his conviction and sentence on charges of possession of a listed chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit the same offense. Leed argues primarily that the government produced insufficient evidence to support his conviction. He also argues that the district court erred when it used U.S.S.G. § 2D1.1 in calculating the appropriate sentencing guideline range.
