This case originated in the Circuit Court of Charleston County, and is an action for actionable negligence, brought by the plaintiff, Flessie Hollman, as administrator of the estate of Arthur Hollman, deceased, to recover damages foi the negligent killing of the plaintiff’s intestate by the defendant, Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company.
