MEMORANDUM
RICHARD S. STAIR, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding is before the court upon the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, Dean B. Farmer, Chapter 7 Trustee (Trustee), seeking a determination that insurance proceeds paid the Defendant, LaSalle Bank (LaSalle), after the Debtor’s bankruptcy petition was filed constituted a postpetition transfer under 11 U.S.C.A. § 549 (West 1993), recoverable pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 550 (West 1993 & Supp.2002). Alternatively, the Trustee asserts that the insurance proceeds are property of the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate under 11 U.S.C.A. § 541…
