for the Court:

¶ 1. This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Review of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission to deny unemployment benefits to Bobbie F. Berry and Rose M. Berry. The Berrys appealed first to the Circuit Court of Sharkey County. That court reversed the decision of the Commission acting through its Board of Review and ordered benefits to commence for both claimants. The Commission perfected this appeal.
