BENAVIDES, Circuit Judge:
In this Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) case, Stephen Sherman appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the United States Department of the Army (Army) with respect to the Army’s decision, pursuant to exemption 6 of the FOIA, to redact the social security numbers of service personnel from portions of Sherman’s information request.
