In this case, the legal question is squarely raised as to the power and jurisdiction of the court, under sec tion 10481 of the Iowa Code of 1939, to modify a divorce decree in relation to property where alimony is allowed in a lump sum as permanent alimony or where there is a division of property as permanent alimony.
