I. Introduction

An Egyptian corporation, Stars for Art Production FZ LLC (“Plaintiff’), owns a music channel, originally entitled “Zoom” and later replaced with “Mazzika.” Plaintiff entered into a contract with a New Jersey corporation, Dandana, LLC (“Dandana”).
