Appellant Sevenman, as administrator of the estate of "Flora M. Sevenman, deceased, brought this action against Sugar Creek Pine Company, a corporation, respondent herein.

The complaint simply alleged that in his capacity as administrator plaintiff Avas entitled to the possession of a described tract of land, and that the defendants claimed some right or interest therein Avhen in fact they had none.
