BROWN, District Judge,

(after stating the .facts as above.) The room in question is one of a suite of rooms'along the northwest part of *32the corridors of the third and fourth floors of the United States court •and post-office building. They are immediately contiguous. to the principal district court room used for the trial of causes, and separated from it only by a hall.
