This is- a libel in ádmiralty in rem filed on be>lialf of a seaman on board tbe barken-tine “James Tuft”, for damages in the sum of ten thousand dollars for personal -injuries sustained on board said barkentine, through tbe alleged negligence of the master thereof. The complaint also asks for general relief.
