Hart, C. J.,

(after stating the facts). It is first insisted by counsel for the defendant that there is no basis for the allowance of the'$1,000 attorney’s fee, which must have entered into the verdict of the jury. The verdict of the jury was for $2,750 for the plaintiff on his complaint, and it was adjudged that this amount should bear interest at six per cent, from the 8th of June, which was fixed by the court as the date of the termination of the plaintiff’s employment.
